Is the bank helping the poor people or the rich people? They actually helping the rich people only. Getting more rich.
So if the bank never help poor people, then who help the poor people? The lisence money lender (loan shark), they are mostly those rich Datuk that are earning poor people money. The poor people cannot get money from bank then they had no choice to borrow from loan shark to continue or start a small business. Just few thousand they can start a small business but our local bank all are not allowed them to borrow. Because they dont have a qualification or something expensice to "pajak". If rich men want to borrow money, they can get it very easy. They can team up with the bank manager and give them commision base on the sum they approved. If they approve a Rm3mil loan, they get maybe 5% to 10%. All they need is black and white documents to show them. This all can be fake up easily. You need atleast 2 years of business sales being done. The bank will see your sales tax you paid so they will get to know your total monthly sales. So now is GST 6%. They pay more then the actual sales, maybe paying 18%. That meant 3 times more or 30% is 5 times. Well doing this meant if your actual monthly sales is Rm500k, you pay more 5 times meant is Rm2.5m a month. The bank staff will calculate these sum and approve a large sum of money base on Rm2.5m. This is how some of the rich people are playing the games.
So what they so after getting these money from bank? Increase thier production or is loan sharking to the poor? Yes, they are doing re-loan back to people that cannot get money from bank.
Charging higher rate of interest also.
Beside they can lead a group of people to play "wui lui". This they gain more interest. Every month atleast minimum of 10% charges and additional charges as the leader of "wui lui". Those poor people that need to use the money will raise higher interest deduction to gain all the money on the month. So the leader again earn additional interest of the lower charge interest.
All this are cheating and making more burden for the poor. They are the killer of the poor people in Malaysia. If the same goverment still allow this way to continue, our country economy will drop and drop.
Economy only will increase when the poor people get better. Then our trade and currency will increase. Settle the poor people problem and RM will increase. Do you want RM to be the higher rate currency in the world? I can show you the right way. Yes, RM beat AUD, USD, SGD, and more. The economy is the goverment control, but the way is must reverse first.
Help the poor people get better living so things will increase. Lower down the cheap value meant lower down your whole economy rate. That is you killing your own country economy.
