Supply oxygen tank to crowded people place especially big festival season.
Is same as having to much fish in an aquarium, the fish will die because less of oxygen. Same as human will die if no oxygen. Too many people at the same times.
Medical help to slow to reach for help. Just place more oxygen tank at crowded area so people will not sofocated and die.
Not the first times. Many times but no people research about the death and find solutions to help.
Every problems will be solve if there is a will.
