Same as in factory, if the workers did not know to respect the boss, who should go? The boss go or the worker go?
Ofcourse the worker go if he did not follow the rules and regulations. You can just walk out from the factory. The boss wont stop you. The gate is open anytimes. Walk out lah if you dont follow. Disturbing other workers looking for money. Hahaha. And the boss say please before the dirty things come in because of you. The boss dont want the dirty things later get scare because of you. So please you go as fast as possible.
